Description
Youtap Limited, a global leader in digital banking and payments, is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Manager Platform to join our team in Indonesia. As an Agile Scrum Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our platform software development teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products using agile methodologies.You will be a Scrum Manager with a strong Infrastructure as Code background and an understanding of cloud-delivered software platforms.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Leading and managing the agile development process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Working closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.Building and managing high-performing agile teams, ensuring collaboration and efficient delivery.Managing and resolving conflicts within the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Monitoring and reporting on team performance and progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking corrective actions.Implementing and enforcing agile best practices and methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, designers, and other stakeholders, to drive project success.Identifying and removing obstacles and roadblocks that may impact team productivity and delivery.Providing coaching and mentoring to team members, supporting their professional growth and development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in an Agile Scrum Manager or similar role.Proven experience in leading and managing agile cloud software development teams, with a strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.Proficient in Cloud Technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm.Proficient in the development of Infrastructure as code.Proficient in the development of highly secure applications that conform to PCI-DSS.Excellent knowledge of Scrum and other agile frameworks.Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Superior understanding of Jira.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Certification in Agile Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is a plus.Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
