Youtap Limited, a global leader in creating innovative digital payment solutions, is seeking a talented Development Manager Platforms to join our dynamic team. As the Development Manager Platforms, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of our platforms, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:Leading and managing a team of software engineers to deliver scalable and reliable platforms.Overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and timelines.Managing Agile Development SquadsEnsuring adherence to software development best practices and standards.Reviewing and optimizing existing systems to improve performance and efficiency.Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development in the financial software services sector, with at least 2 years in a management role.Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.Experience with platform development and deployment, preferably in a cloud environment.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SpringbootExperience with PostGreSQL.Experience developing cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, Google)Strong understanding of Jira, including ticket management and timesheetingExcellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
